
Dr. Jeffrey Rubino has been a resident of Hagerstown from the age of five years. He is a graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Gettysburg College. After graduating from Gettysburg College he pursued his graduate studies at West Virginia University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduating from dental school he began his dental residency program in the United States Naval Dental Corps. After completing his three year residency program he was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for providing outstanding dental care to the United States Naval Submarine Corps stationed at New London, Connecticut. He returned to Hagerstown in 1991 where he became an associate dentist of a local practice. After three years he became a solo practitioner. He and his wife, a graduate of the West Virginia University School of Journalism, and two children reside in Hagerstown.
Dr. Rubino is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Maryland State Dental Association, and the Washington County Dental Society where he served as President. He is an active member of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Hagerstown. As a contributor to the Rotary Foundation he received the Paul Harris Fellow award. He serves as a rotary board member which raises funding for multiple local charitable organizations annually.
He serves on the Executive Board of the Mason Dixon Council of Boy Scouts of America where his eagle scout experience is utilized as Chairman of the Camp Sinoquipe Alunni Association which holds annual Alumni weekends at the camp and raises funding for the camp's needs.
